This workshop would be ideal for folk who notice they tend to treat their bodies as an object, tend to power through to-do lists, and were socialized to value outcome/dismiss maybe even have contempt for effort.

The survival strategies that may help us survive oppression can long-term push us into burnout, especially if we have, over time internalized the voice of the oppressor, expecting inhumane perfection and excellence irrespective of our context.
