"Lead with the Neck" I heard this in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Tula's mother was explaining "the man is the head, but the woman is the neck, and it turns the head wherever she wants to". And Boom! It opened something in my mind about the symbolic nature of this saying. There are so many levels from which you can address this point. For one, referring to the dynamics of being in a relationship with a man. Secondly, the neck you see, so under valued holds up and supports the entire head. All the while also being fragile and vulnerable. The neck is very decisive. It is either left or right! Later focus. So when you think of leading with the neck, sounds like to me it means to be stronger yet kind, focused and decisive, and works well as a team! "Lead with the Neck"!
