Remember how we treat ourselves is how we allow others to treat us. It all starts with our self talk. Words carry energy. That energy affects our body, mind, and spirit. Be nice to yourself. Say nice things, Give yourself compliments. Coax yourself. Give yourself uplifting pep talks. Tell yourself you love yourself. Tell yourself how beautiful, sexy, intelligent, and amazing you are everyday. Hug yourself. Kiss your own hand and shoulder. LOVE YOURSELF. And it all starts with your self talk!!
